The MHRA have issued a Drug Safety Update advising healthcare professionals to report suspected adverse reactions to E-cigarette use or vaping via the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme. Also, they recommend healthcare professionals should ask patients routinely about E-cigarette use/vaping, in the same way they would about cigarette smoking.
